Fees & Dues

One-Time Initiation Fee of $18,000 will be due prior to construction of each cottage and apartment.

Monthly Association Dues are assessed to cover the cost of providing amenities, maintaining the grounds and buildings, and maintaining and operating the Perry Center.

Cottages...$895/Month
Apartments…$700/Month
