| Three Styles of Cottages |
The Cottages are luxurious single-family homes sitting on a bluff overlooking the bay. Three distinct floor plans are available from which to choose. Ranging in size from 1,597 to 1,726 square feet, the cottages all have lower levels that can be finished to double the size.
The spacious one- and two-bedroom condominium/ apartments are available in three unique floor plans. They range in size from 795 to 1,287 square feet and are connected to the Perry Center by heated, enclosed corridors.
Ground will be broken for the duplexes in June 2007. These beautiful upper or lower level units will provide an alternative to the condominiums and cottages. Now is the time to select the model and location desired as there are just ten units available.
All residents have access to the building's community center which houses a variety of facilities to meet recreational and healthcare needs. Some of these amentities include a beauty salon, dining room, computer room, crafts room, card room, and a gorgeous living room with fireplace and plenty of space for private parties.
Exterior maintenance on all units is included for residents. Also available are optional services such as housekeeping and laundry service, nursing care and therapy, home-delivered meals, and extended ground transportation. A manager is either onsite or on call 24 hours a day.
More than just a housing development, Perry Farm Village provides a continuum of care. Independent and assisted living are offered at the Village, with additional healthcare services available at Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey.
