The Perry Center is the heart and soul of the Perry Farm Village. This three-level, 15,000 square-foot community building is designed to meet all your recreational, social, healthcare and lifestyle needs. The Perry Center is accessible from the apartment building through enclosed, heated corridors protecting residents from inclement weather.

Main Level
The Perry Center is staffed by an on-site manager who can assist you with all your needs. Three meals a day are served in the main dining room, or a snack can be purchased at the café. The library provides a quiet setting to relax with a good book, or surf the internet on the Center’s computers. The enormous living room is a great place to entertain guests or snuggle up in front of the cozy fireplace.

Lower Level
Classes are offered during the week in the Wellness Center. Memberships are available to non-residents 55 and better.

Upper Level, Assisted-Living
The upper level is dedicated as an assisted-living facility with six studio apartments. Each has a private bath with shower, large living/sleeping area, and a small kitchen with refrigerator and sink. This self-contained unit provides the resident with independence, yet it is only a few steps away from a staffed attendant’s station, private dining room and kitchen, and plenty of space to visit with neighbors.
